PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA & IMAGES

Catholic Prayer Society (CPS) respects your privacy.  The provision of personal data by you is voluntary and will be utilised in connection with the registration of your participation for, and our management of, the CPS lunchtime Eucharist and all our activities, collectively known as CPS activities.  In order to achieve the purpose stated herein, your personal data may be disclosed to other participants of the CPS assisting in the organisation of CPS activities.

Participants and visitors to CPS activities may also be individually identified on video, in photographs or any other form of visual presentation, taken by photographers, whether authorised or official, for use in any CPS publication, our archives or any other social media form, collectively knows as CPS publications.

By participating in CPS activities and providing your personal data to CPS, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data or image in the CPS activities and/or publications.  The same consent applies when the respective Centre Representatives contact you to update your information, as and when required.  If you wish to make changes to the personal data or image provided, or you no longer wish for us to use your personal data or image in the CPS activities and/or publications, you may notify your respective Centre Representatives by email or sms.

If you no longer wish us to contact you, please let us know by emailing cpsforchrist@gmail.com and we will remove your contact details from our mailing list upon receipt.
